I really felt the difference with just 1 cup and sometimes I add my own coffee in for a stringer coffee taste. The taste is good anyway and it dissolves nicely unlike some others. I really like this coffee and it reduces my foggy head and gives me natural endorphins. I think it great.

In the 1940s, Finnish people started to make mushroom coffee using Chaga mushrooms as supplies of ordinary coffee ran low during the ongoing war.
